CURIOUS, CONNECTED & IN CONTROL

A thoughtful
way to play.

The library includes games, everyday stories, reflection worksheets, routine planning, creative expression, optional synthesized audio, and interactive wellbeing tools. These are original More Than Therapy educational activities, with different language and scenarios for kids, teens, and adults. Age bands are guides, not assessments of readiness. Adapt activities for each person’s reading level, culture, preferences, and needs.

Try them alone, together with a trusted adult, or with a clinician. The matching and board games offer two-player turns on one shared device. They do not connect separate devices.

The 614 entries consist of 74 standalone activities and 560 scenario-based tasks across 140 fictional situations. Each scenario has four distinct interactive practice formats; age versions are not counted separately. These are original educational drafts for clinician review. These activities are not diagnostic tests or independently validated treatments. They draw on general wellbeing concepts; a clinician should decide when and how to use them in care. Nothing needs to be disclosed to play. Passing is always welcome.

Activity responses and game progress live only in the current activity and are cleared when you close or restart it. Favorites, session activity IDs, and age pathways are stored on this browser. There are no client accounts, clinical records, or remote multiplayer connections.

Printing creates a copy you control. Be mindful of what you include and where you print. Use “Clear browser saves” to remove favorites and your session plan from this browser.

Use activities voluntarily and stop if uncomfortable. For children, a trusted adult should guide choices and participation. Breathing is optional: breathe naturally, keep your eyes open if preferred, and switch to grounding if focusing on breath is uncomfortable.
